Terms and Conditions
1. Services
I provide virtual assistant and administrative support services as agreed with each client. All work is carried out remotely unless otherwise arranged.
2. Working Hours
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time). Work outside these hours may be available by prior agreement.
3. Fees & Payment
Services are billed at the agreed hourly or package rate. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may result in paused services. Any expenses incurred on your behalf will be added to your invoice.
4. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. I will not share or disclose any information unless legally required.
5. Data Protection
I comply with UK GDPR. Any personal data provided is used solely for delivering agreed services.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and any necessary access to systems or information.
7. Cancellations
Meetings must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Work completed before cancellation will still be invoiced.
8. Liability
I take care in all work, but I cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by inaccurate information, third‑party delays, or decisions made based on completed work. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Ending the Agreement
Either party may end the working relationship with 7 days’ written notice. All completed work must be paid in full.
10. Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always apply
